Refund and Returns Policy

We only sell digital products. Therefore our policy is that all sales are final and no refund can be issued.

Items that we sell:

  • Memberships
  • Downloadable videos
  • Downloadable images
  • Downloadable audio files

Buyers can only receive a refund on their purchase if they did not receive the ordered item or if they have been charged an incorrect amount. All refunds must be requested within 7 days after purchase. It will then be reviewed and a determined if the buyer is eligible for a refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account multiple times within 48 hours.

You can also contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
