Complaints

If you have complaints or content removal requests of any kind please inform us by filling in this form. All complaints will be reviewed within 7 business days.

How we deal with complaints:

  1. We will investigate whether the claims made in your complaint are valid.
  2. We will contact you by email to let you know which decisions have been made and what actions will follow.
  3. If your complaint involves illegal, illegitimate or copyright infringed content please include a link to that content so it can be reviewed.

How we deal content removal requests:

  1. We will review your content removal request and see if your reason is valid for example if you are a creator and want your content removed from followherfeet.com or if you have been depicted without your consent please state that in your request.
  2. We will contact you by email within 7 business days to let you know which decisions have been made and what actions will follow.
  3. If your complaint involves illegal, illegitimate or copyright infringed content please include a link to that content so it can be reviewed. If you want your own content removed please state your username.

After the investigation we will respond by email with our findings and decision. Possible actions that could take place after reviewing your complaint / requests are:

The removal of content
The banning or warning of a user
Issuing a refund
Offering an alternative solution to resolve your complaint

If disagree with our decision you can make an appeal by replying to the email.
